Danny has a unique method for storing his sunglasses! Watching the Texans game!

Mary got upset when she noticed cobwebs on her window shades! Oh, My GOSH...how terrible! So, I took a picture...heh...heh...heh...

The living room was crowded! That's Kelli, Theresa and Jason (Dwain and Mary's neighbors), Dwain, Carol, Jake, and Mandy. I had to wait to take the picture for the Godfather to don his shades!!

Larry can cook turkey but was not all that confident about his carving abilities. Danny volunteers to show him the art!

Okay, Larry , this is how you start...BUT number one lesson is, check out the game every so often...OH, was that a touchdown!!!

Carol prepares the vegetable tray while Luke, her son, samples a HUGE broccoli!

The kitchen is a madhouse! I caught the scene in a blur here! That's Jason on the left, Danny in red, Susie by the sink and Mary is a blur!!!

With that many people and that much food, we had to serve buffet style!

Mary played it smart this year and got two turkeys from Randall's. So...that gave Larry plenty of practice. Danny carved the Randall's turkey and Larry starts in carving the deep fried turkey.

Tom Pettifor, Jodi's husband, is a good Daddy! After watching his technique , I figure child training was closely related to dog training! Tom set Sophia at the table with orders to STAY! while he got her a plate of food!

There were several "boundary tests" including one that involved sneaking out the back door when Grandpa came back in from smoking, but Tom, I think, is psychic! Without even turning his head he would utter the dreaded - "SOPHIA!" - in deep, threatening tones! Sophia snaps to attention and returns quickly to the STAY position!

There is always a crowd around the dessert table!! Larry, Susie, Carol and Kelli have a large selection!

Tom returns with Sophia's meal and Luke (Danny and Carol's youngest) joins them. I've never gotten a bad picture of Luke, because he can time that smile and the camera click to perfection! HA!

This is Danny with his sons Cody and Jake. Jake broke his foot playing basketball so was a little out of commission! The game went into overtime; so, Cody had to wake up.

After the meal, the guys retire to the TV and the Texans game. Cody, Danny and Carol's son, takes a snooze!!

We all had a great time! Mary had a house full! Thanks, Mary, for the great meal!

Mary has a postit note on the 2013 calendar saying "Do NOT volunteer house for Thanksgiving!!" . Well, I'll believe that when I see it!
